Mumbai Part 2
So where did we end up last time....Oh yes me at Thane.....
Thane was a real good place to stay....Got a really good flat to stay after a long struggle....We had to vacate the Company guest house on 18th of SEP 2006, and till 15th of SEP we were not having a place to stay....Oh god have to vacate the guesthouse in 2 days nd not yet got a place to stay...Think about our dilemma....Anyways i had a cool roommate who was ice cold even at this point of time...Actually i felt really angry at him at that point of time...But as time passed i understood how good he was 'being cool during those times'....At last on the D-day we got the flat in our hands...The fruit of a hard labour.....Now the hectic task of getting all the house hold stuff began....After the hectic training - oh I’ll come to our training in the coming sessions - we felt we were good for nothing feel....but still strived....Struggled and found that hard to survive still survived....
That was the Thane part.....
Now coming to a much interesting part how my friends went for exploring the notorious "Red Streets" of Mumbai....One fine Saturday morning three of ma room mates had the feel to go out for outing....Finding that there was internet at home and also one of my friend was not willing to go out even i too decided to stay back home....And that was a pretty boring day for us...And as time progressed there was no news from my roommates who had gone for Mumbai Darshan.....And we hardly knew where they had gone...Tried calling all the three, but in vain....So we were waiting for them to come home....At last after around 12:30 in de night the three of them came....All of them seemed to be so tired like coming after ploughing the field...And we asked them anything new happened in Mumbai central....All the three were not speaking a word...So there we got pissed....So started bugging all the three....And at last one of them opened his mouth and told...Yaar please promise that you wont tell this to anyone....We made the promise as usual....The story unfolded....
The three of them went to Marine lines...And after reaching there the three of them were bored....And after seeing all those hot chicks and guys all engaged in hot stuffs (At that time the Mumbai city Police had not started the check on immoral activities in public, so people were madly engaged in what authorities say 'immoral activities') our heroes all were desperately in search for some relief...but couldn’t find anyone to satisfy.....So one of them came up with a brilliant idea...Lets get to the "RED STREETS" of Mumbai.....but the other two were a bit nervous first but later were convinced there's nothing wrong in going to that place....So got into a cab (Paisa was not a problem as salary had reached only a few days back).....Guys just imagine three nervous first timers sitting in a cab and fighting each other who will ask the cabbie to take them to the well known Kaamathipura - renownly known as the RED STREETS …. At last one of them told the cabbie to please take them to the desired place…..But to their surprise the cabbie had no change in his expressions….So that gave our heroes confidence “We’re not doing anything wrong – Ain’t us?????”
So the cab went past the Marine lanes our heroes hearts pounded and trembled like the church bells during Easter day……At last the heroes were given a royal welcome there at the entrance of “KAAMATHIPURA”……A huge crowd was there at the doors of the cab…..Oh my god – are these people seeing the cab for the first time….Such well dressed and handsome guys inside the cab were thinking we’re at some place special….And we are treated special……As they came out of the cab, people (generally known as Dalla’s) were struggling each other to get the kind attention of their so called “Heroes”….They were getting into fights in between for getting the heroes attention…”Sir I have got a 16 year old”, “Sir I’ve got different tastes for you like – Telugu, Kannadiga, Marathi, Bihari, Bengali, Malayaali…….” Oh my god listening to the last word that came from him “Malayaali” one of our hero’s heart began to fumble and tumble……he told the others “Guys lets ask him the rates”…..The others had got pissed already….they told him “We’re not going to check any rates and all, we’re going out….”. he was not in a mood to give up…Again gave his philosophy “After coming to this place at least we should ask for the rates”…..Hearing this one of our friends some how slipped out of the crowd and moved out of sight….Lucky him he got into a restaurant to hide….And some how managed to get back to a place where he felt he was safe from “Dalla’s”…..
And now there left only two….Decided to try their luck they went ahead and started to talk tone of the Dalla’s in Hindi….As soon as they started to talk in hindi the dalla replied “Sir please be comfortable – you can talk to me in Malayalam---I knows several languages and Malayalam is only one of them”….Oh god our heroes became so happy that they wont be compelled to use Hindi anymore… they felt at least they could express their feelings in the right tone and right mood….So they started to ask him…”Tell us what is the usual rate?”. Hearing this our dalla got a chance….So he told all other dallas who were there bugging our heroes “yeh hamara aadmi hain…Sab log jao..Ab kaam ho jayega”…..So he took our heroes to a corner….But our heroes were fast exploring the beauty of the nature (I believe you got what I meant)…. Not even listening to the Dalla….At last they were taken to a corner where no one else was there…So our Dalla now took the role of hero….”So how much paisa you guys have in your pocket???”…Our heroes were literally shaking by now….They some how replied with great confidence “We have got enough money”…”Then pay me 2000 now and then pay the rest of the amount after the job is done”…now you could guess what our heroes might have told him…”Okay we don’t want that much expensive ones, anything cheap”….Our Dalla got angry “ Yeh kya majaak kar rahe hain kya thum log….Rate itna hi hain ab aaye tho kaam khatham karke chale jaaa”….One of our heroes blood started rushing into his vains…He caught the dalla by his collar…..Oh god what he has done….There came rushing 10-20 people to the place and caught our heores and took them to a room…..
As per their description there were around 20- 30 girls in the room…..Now the dallas asked our heroes “is main se koi ek ke saath room pe jaao aur kaam hone ke baad bulao”…heroes started crying and pleading “Please take the money but leave us alone”…Dallas told “Its against principles”…..Oh my god our heroes are at really wrong place…..So at last one of our heroes decided its of no use in crying and begging…So he decided not to waste time…..He took one of them and went in …..The other guy was literally outspoken….he was thinking “What the hell he’s upto”….Once he entered the room our hero started to beg to the girl to leave him alone….And she replied him that its not possible….After a long debate he convinced her that he was there by mistake,…And as he came out like a hero al smiling the other guy was shaken…he asked him “What the hell did you do”…he told him “had a great time inside”……Oh nooo…now what to do…Now the Dalla came and told the guys they could leave after giving him 3000 rupees….Now our hero again started to talk “We don’t have enough money with us”…The dalla was smart enough to tell him “Do one thing - leave your mobile watch and dresses here and get money from some where”. Luckily they had enough money with them to save them and get them out of there without loosing any credit cards or valuables…..
After getting out of the place they were running hard to get out of the so called “KAAMATHIPURA”….After reaching a place where they found they were safe out from the hands of Dalla’s, they made a call to the third one…He answered and told him that he’s back there at Marine lanes waiting for them….They begged him to comeback to the place to get them back home, as they were not having any money with them……
